Your images, used responsibly

We want to make personal gifts without placing an unrealistic burden on ordinary customers. You may upload photographs and artwork that you created, own, licensed, or otherwise have permission to reproduce.

What you confirm when ordering

You confirm that producing the design will not infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights. Calling an item a personal gift does not automatically grant permission to copy protected artwork.

What we may refuse

We may pause, refuse or cancel work that appears unlawful, abusive, dangerous, counterfeit, or clearly uses protected material without permission. We can ask for evidence of permission where reasonable.

Concerns and complaints

Rights holders can contact support@clairescustoms.co.uk with details of the work and their rights. We will review credible notices promptly and may retain essential order records where legally required.

Marketing permission is separate

We do not treat an order as permission to advertise using a customer’s photo or design. We will ask separately before using customer artwork in our marketing.
