Artwork questions
If you are unsure whether your photograph or design is suitable for printing, send us the best-quality version you have.
We can advise whether there are obvious issues before you order.
Please remember that we cannot guarantee that artwork owned by somebody else can legally be reproduced.
Problems with an order
If your item has arrived damaged or appears incorrect, please include:
- your order number;
- a short description of what has happened; and
- photographs showing the issue where possible.
This normally allows us to investigate much more quickly.
Response times
We aim to respond to customer enquiries within 1–2 working days.
During particularly busy periods, responses may take a little longer.
